"Golden Brown" by the Stranglers would work for almost all the characters. It works specifically for Rios and Raffi, because they both have substance abuse issues and the song is textually about heroin. But more broadly, it's a song about a desperate longing for a happiness that can never really be fulfilled, and I think that's a feeling every main character on PIC can relate to.
