She is from my home town of Russellville, AL, and graduated from the University of Alabama. We are very proud of her down here.

What a relief! When I read, Sonequa Martin Green, and Alabama in the same sentence I dreaded as to what I would find when I opened the thread. This is what you call call a reverse click-bait! When the bait gives you something nice instead of something terrible.

I noticed they went kind of vague in the "Where Legends are Made" tag. Knowing most people know her from "Walking Dead" but for others she is going to be more known as Burnham.

I've been to Russelville a few times. I had some work I had to do there. It's a very pretty little town. Not far from the Mississippi border if I recall correctly. I will admit I drove through it and didn't know I'd missed it the first time. I think I found a fast food place that sold fried baloney biscuits for breakfast. they were good

 

Yes, it is near the Mississippi border. I don't live there any more, but I miss it a lot. I'm glad you enjoyed your time there.
