Some help with my school art project?

OK, so in my school (which calls itself a college) we're doing a big final project to go towards 40% of our GCSE grade and it's basically a big painting or drawing (you get my gist) along with some conception and stuff. Well we're getting closer to the end of it now and we need to start deciding which artist is going to inspire our final piece. That's what I'm having trouble with. :p

I chose the "fragments" option to do and that comes under all sorts of things and I'm doing a sort of cubist and futurist piece. You see I've been doing cubist/futurist canvas' since late 2012 at lunch times and stuff as well and all my art teachers really love that style of mine so it was unanimous that I should do that as my final project, it's win win. The teachers get to look at something they really like and I have a better chance of getting higher grades because of it. Most of my other projects however before this one has had different styles. I usually went with a creepier style more like expressionism than anything else. Most people in my class however found my older stuff to "scary" anyway so probably sighed relief that I wasn't doing that style again (save for this girl who always makes nice comments about my work and does slightly similar stuff to mine but less creepy, plus I kinda like her so I wanna impress her again).

Now originally my plan was to completely ditch the creepy expressionist feel and go for the full on cubist/futurist feel but now I'm having a change of heart. I kinda miss the expressionism and creepiness of my older work. However I have already picked fragments, my teachers would probably be disappointed if I changed my theme and also I quite like cubism and futurism as well.

To cut to the chase, I want to base my artwork on a bit of both. I want the creepy expressionism of Egon Schiele or Marilyn Manson but the sort of cubism of Pablo Picasso. Are there any artists lurking around that incorporate both styles to a degree? Or are there any expressionist artists that could come under fragments? If not I'm just gonna have to ask if I can base my work on two artists and even after that I'm gonna have to think how on Earth to incorporate the two styles together successfully.

Can't you come up with your own unique style rather than looking for artists to base a style on?
