Where they left off after Nemesis, is this the book I need to start with?

This is what I believe I gathered from this incredible thread :

I'm just looking to continue the TNG adventures as if the show were still on TV (so, told serially more or less) and after reading through the thread, "A Time to Born" seems to be the best place to start?
Also, once I rewatch DS9, I'm sure the urge to follow it's story after the finale will emerge. Is this book I need to start with as well:

Thanks in advance to those of you who can help out, especially to Turtletrekker for the incredible amount of work.
