It is Valentine's Day and while Clark is out on a date with Lois, he unknowingly becomes infected by gemstone kryptonite, which has magical wish-fulfilling properties. Clark mentions to Lois that he wishes they had a more traditional relationship, so Lois quits the Daily Planet, moves in with Clark and starts planning their wedding. Still unaware of his new power, Clark also casually tells Chloe he wishes she would spend more time watching out for him, so an infected Chloe takes his wish to heart and sets her sights on a new target – Lois.

Great another Kryptonite based episode... I think I can predict how the voting will go.

Yup... I can pretty much see the outcome of tonight's vote as well. I mean geez, how many times are we going to have him succumb to the effects of some previously undiscovered Special K, fer cryin' out loud?

Hey, Procutus.

Looks like we're getting filler for the second week in a row. Makes me miss Absolute Justice even more.

At least there's a new Capricia right after SV.

Greetings, DP! Yeah, it does indeed look a filler ep, or Smallville Lite, though the scenario might be a bit of a challenge for Mr. Welling and his three trademark facial expressions.

I can think of a few suggestions I'd have for the Chlovage if I had a bit of this Special K...

Wow, a Valentines day episode. What a waste...

Well, this ep was actually supposed to have aired last week, but got pushed back because of the Haiti telethon. And last weeks ep, in which Chloe almost became Mrs. Robinson, was scheduled for the week prior to 'Absolute Justice'.

Tom Welling has THREE facial expressions?!

That's one more than Scott Bakula had on Enterprise!

Shocking, I know.

Funny though, I thought Bakula had four, two of which made him look constipated!

The Constapated Grimace. Whenever Archer was angsty or upset or annoyed or dealing with a moral dilemma or being a badass, he always whiped out this face.

It was fueled by his searing, burning, love for gazelles.

Actually, I think that Porthos had a wider range of facial expressions than Welling or Bakula combined.

I think what Enterprise really need was some plucky, stars-in-the-eyes, spaceborn junior officer as their navigator.

I wasn't watching the screen very closely and when I looked up it looked like Lana blew fairy dust on Clark and Lois.
