From CW and TV.com:

Clark finally gets his act together, grows up and becomes the twenty-something man he is and stops acting like an angsty, childish, bitch and puts his superhero boots on but not before Lex Luthor comes back and they make wild, passionate, unholy male-on-Kryptonian love that should be illegal in several galaxies. Meanwhile, Tess looks dour and constipated while mulling over a morally dubious choice. Lois natters on and on about pretty much nothing making everyone around wishing they didn't know her. Jimmy Olsen dies. Again. Pointlessly.

Justin wrote it & Bud The Dog directed it...is he still Shelby or did they get a new one?

Is this the episode where they build up to a big fight between Clark and a nemesis only to have it end with one punch... and still have 12 minutes left in the episode?

Actually I should slam Justin Hartley as a writer...I forgot what ep he wrote last season but I don't think it was that bad.

That happens every week.

Brown Kryptonite?

Lois: OMG! Clark why are you holding a piece of shit!?
Clark: It isn't shit Lois it is a new kind of Kryptonite...brown Kryptonite.
Lois: It looks like shit to me...has it had any effect on you?
Clark: No...but Shelby was exposed to it after trying to eat it...the dog has my abilities now.

Am I the only one to notice how they ripped off the concept from the awesome Enterprise episode "Interregnum"? The episode is still ok, it just felt very rehashed.

:D

I think Shelby becomes Krypto in this episode after exposure to some funky new form of Kryptonite.

FWIW? Shelby already had Kryptonite-induced powers that are, supposedly, gone now. So if they ever did want to play the "Krypto-card" they could.

So, was it mean? Or did Justin Hartley put on weight? He almost looked like Fat Bastard. How much time passed between the filming of this episode and the previous one?

Now we can't say that he's more toned up than Welling :)

In an interview Kelly said to stay tuned for the last few moments. It's going to be epic.

;)

Dark, epic, fun...I think Brian & Kelly think these words mean the same thing.

So Lionel cloned Martha while she was his assistant then the clone ran away and named herself Lana.

You guy's happy now? we have a likable and redheaded Lana ;)
