Ok, couldn't Clark have reacted to the gun shot sound and ran and stopped the actual bullet before it hit his mom? I mean, what good is it to be faster than a speeding bullet if, well, you're not faster than a speeding bullet?
I was wondering about that too.
He may be faster than a speeding bullet, but he's not faster than the need of plot. ;)

Maybe that what Marlon Brando meant when he talked about baby Kal-El's dense molecular structure and invulnerability?

There's super pressurized shit packed inbetween all his atoms to cushion him from harm?

He solved a really big multiplication problem in his head during the first or second episode.

Since then, nada.

And is it super intellect because of the yellow sun increasing the efficiency and connectivity of his brain, or are Kryptonian's just smarter than we are, like most of us are kinda smarter than chimpanzees.

You know, thta thing was entirely believable. A TV signal from the camera to Clark's TV has such a big delay, somewhere between 1-3 seconds I would estimate, that by the time Clark sees/hears the shot Martha is probably already lying on the floor.

I forgot all about Darkseid.

Oh yeah, me too, geez, wasn't he supposed to be a big bad? Forget he was even in this season, heh. What a waste.

Not sure why that's a shock. They introduce a big bad guy at the start of EVERY season, and then ignore/forget about him until the last episode or two. And even then, it gets wrapped up in 5 minutes, and you wonder why he was supposed to be menacing. They have the beginning and end of each season as a ok story, and then just come up with crap in the middle to pad it out. Been that way for years...

Because it's the show that stole every cookie cutter out of Buffy's dinning room buffet, but never bothered to buy the right dough.

That episode was SO cheesy but I loved it. Was great having Lionel and Martha around, felt like old Smallville.

Darth Lionel failed in turning Alexander to the dark side for now, any theories as to why he's got tough skin? (Tess is a real bitch by the way, no wonder Alexander has trust issues "I love you and I will always be there for you" *inject cyanide*.

A great improvement from the previous week.

I never understand why, at this point, people are surprised by this. Or why they even get excited about these "big bad guys" in the first place. The Lex clone has been much more interesting than the Darkseid stuff. Knowing that Rosenbaum is coming back just strengthens it more.

ROSENBAUM'S come back to smallville just his mention will increase ratings greatly
Just Like the ROCK'S return to raw did wonders for rating's . I don't go by ratings though I go by shows I like and Love and I love smallville no matter how good or bad the show gets.

John Schnieder was on "Working Class" a few nights back.

He was macking and goosing Reeba.

Is he in money trouble of late?

Nose to the groundstone, what?
