Small Wonder comes to DVD next week

The bastards won't give us Season 2 of Kojak on DVD, but somehow releasing Small Wonder to DVD makes perfect sense.

Really, all we need now is for Holmes & Yo-Yo to come to DVD (actually, I'd buy that - I liked Holmes & Yo-Yo when I was 6) and there would truly be no excuse for not releasing any TV show to DVD!

I wonder if anyone's going to not buy Small Wonder because they want to wait for the Blu-Ray... :evil:

I'm actually surprised the Nickelodeon or Disney people haven't done a remake of this one yet. You'd imagine this would be a perfect vehicle for someone like Miranda Cosgrove or Selena Gomez.

Actually, I'd love to get this on DVD. It's my nostalgia for the earnest 80s talking, but still... I loved this show when I was little!

ETA: Now they need to put Out of This World on DVD too, and I'll be a happy chickie! :D

In my area, Small Wonder preceeded The Next Generation while in first run syndication. Sitting through Vicki-and-her-annoying-monotone-voice while waiting for Trek was PAINFUL!
 
I used to have a crush on Vicki when I was a kid. So when are we getting that Wonder Years Blu-Ray release?...
