The film stars Donald Faison, Eric Balfour, David Zayas, Scottie Thompson and Brittney Daniel. It takes place in a high-rise in downtown L.A., where a couple of friends return from a night of hard partying and slowly realize they are among a small group of survivors after most of humanity was wiped out by a deadly unknown force. The film has an extraterrestrial twist, and fits the template of recent modest budget thrillers like Paranormal Activity, Cloverfield and JJ Abrams' next directing vehicle, Super 8.

uh oh that sounds like another Resident Evil (2002)/Dawn of the Dead (2004) type of film but with ET type of bent.

It started shooting in February
The film is set for an late 2010 release.

These guys are so clueless it isn't even funny..

Okay, it's a little bit funny. Mostly it's just perplexing though...

Who wants to bet these two dumb-dumbs voted for Sarah Palin because they thought she was Sarah Conner? :p
 
They are indeed, unfortunately...

My favorite scene was when the bunch of 30-year-old Colorado mountain-man juvenile delinquent "teenagers" entered the high school pool through a pair of highly-assessable glass doors about fifteen feet away, but when the alien plopped into the pool to eat the token Black kid, they ignored the doors they came through two minutes ago and decided to race through the dark, dimly-lit, labyrinth-like hallways of their high school and climb out through a nearly-unreachable window instead.
