When you have left school and one of your teachers is still telling you what to do:

When someone says they wont let you do something:

"Then why dont you stop me".

When your on a pleasure cruise and enjoying yourself:

"I like this ship, its exciting!"

When someone is stargazing talking about how peaceful it is:

"Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence"

When your asking someone to do something and they are been stubborn:

"DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!"

When your least favourite country gets nuked

"I''ve waited for this day my entire life, the day of reckoning."

When you become a councillor and meet your first patient.

"You've had a hard time finding your place in this world havent you".

When your about to go for an operation:

"I hope you know what your doing".

It's going to be a pretty tall order to come up with some tag lines that can rival the original series....these lines are still firmly entrenched in our vocabulary today...even if they young'uns don't know what the hell it means or where it came from.

We'll see if there is anything catchy from the movie...but so far none of the lines posted in this thread are a standout...like live long and prosper..you just dont' say that in every day convo but the 'why are you talkin to me man'....you could..it's doesn't 'say trek' when you say it...
