He may be sincere, but he's also been bought off. It's not all that normal to badmouth a film you're working on until it's been released (except in cases of ego clashes and so on, as with Ed Norton and Hulk). And then, you badmouth it only after everyone else has. We didn't see Levar Burton and Marina Sirtis panning Nemesis back before it was released, did we?

I saw McGillion in his return to "Stargate" the other week. He's a real good actor, but too old and frankly looking way too paunchy and soft to fit into this production as Scotty (based on everything else we've seen so far).

I don't think I every though I'd ever hear Simon Pegg argued based on his leading man looks.

All things are relative. McGillion makes him look like a young Tom Cruise.
