I know, but as far as aging is concerned, it shouldn't be an issue with DS9, only TNG (Data) and TOS .
Well that's exactly what I said. Aging is pretty much a moot point with actors in heavy makeup as the wrinkles are going to be covered anyway, unless they gain (or lose) a lot of weight, which hasn't happened to any of the DS9 cast (unlike some of their colleagues from other Trek show), they're all still fit. The only issue may be with Human and human-looking characters, which is why I posted those videos to know that, for the most part, they haven't aged that much. The increasing use of digital makeup isn't just about aging. It's about covering up flaws in the era of high resolution digital movie making. But if they do it right, you don't notice.
