Thought lost to time, I've been finally able to piece together the complete set of external blueprints for the Class "F" Shuttlecraft, which were drawn by Phil Broad back in early 2004. These are blueprints for the slightly under scale mock-up used on stage. Looks extremely accurate to that item though!
Oh, jeeze, did you ask for these someplace and I missed it? I've had all of these on my hard drive since 2005! Oops. Also, it looks like that I have *122* sheets of his shuttlecraft plans, including chairs, cabinets, and each of the individual frames. I guess you'll want them?!? Let me know how I can get them to you.
I knew the “full scale” prop was undersized, but I didn’t realize it was that diminutive. Only 20 feet long, eh? I’ve owned cars that were longer.

I love that you know that! I’m listening to a podcast of Hollywood Babble-On with Ralph Garman and Kevin Smith doing live commentary of each episode, and of course Ralph is a huge Batman 1966 fan, and the guy who successfully lobbied for Adam West’s star on the Hall of Fame! Great stuff!!
The filming mockup was undersized by several feet. Nonetheless I used those drawings as the basis for my own drawings while upscaling the ship.
I noticed one error: on the shuttle door height on page 12, the door is measured by two separate lengths, but both show 3.05 feet. The lower length is clearly shorter than the top. I estimate the actual height of the lower portion of the door at ~1.5 feet, so, the full height of the door is about 4.5 feet.
An inescapable element of those drawings show the craft in a nose down orientation as if it’s collapsing under its own weight. It just looks wrong and doesn’t gel with everything else we’ve seen of the craft. I modified/corrected this when I did my schematics.

Same here. The nacelles' centerline should be parallel with the centerline of the wings (and the line between upper and lower hull. Otherwise, Phil's blueprints are a beautiful effort. If I remember correctly, he had not much direct data to work from, although he had inspected the original on more than one occasion as a lad. A neighborhood family owned it for a while back in the day... M.
