Yep, the only one whose behavior was questionable in that scene was Spock.

But everyone gets on the woman's case about it.

If I were feeling ungenerous, I might think this all stemmed from certain males who feel threatened by an attractive, assertive female who has no compunction about smacking down a guy who makes a fool of himself in a bar. I wonder if that scene might have touched a nerve or two.
