Found this interesting article:
Shipwreck hunters stumble across mysterious find.

Says it's 60 meters in diameter, with a "tail" that's 400 meters long, 80 meters beneath the surface. They found a second cylindrical object about 200 meters away from the first one. Whatever it is, it's pretty damn big.

Very cool stuff... I wonder if it will still be there when they go back to check it out.

Kinda looks like an old-school Cylon Raider to me, actually.

At the end of the day, it's probably something man-made, but nobody seems to have any idea of what kind of man-made object could produce such an echo like that. It could easily be a really big storage tank stuck in the mud, with most of it out of view - but what's with the 400 meter "tail" that's said to be attached to it? That one kind of befuddles me.

At the end of the day, it's probably something man-made, but nobody seems to have any idea of what kind of man-made object could produce such an echo like that. The "tail" is a drag mark in the sea bottom, not a physical structure.

Because it took them several months to lift the alien space ship and replace it with something man made.. d'uh!
