Tonight on CBC at 8pm. William Shatner guest stars as Mark Twain on the Canadian period detective series Murdoch Mysteries.

I love this series and it's one of the few things left on television I watch regularly. I've been looking forward to this.

Shatner's appearance As Mark Twain follows in a long line of historical figures that have appeared on the show: Nikola Tesla, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Bram Stoker, Wyatt Earp, President McKinley, Winston Churchill, Calamity Jane, Wild Bill Hickcock, H.G. Wells, Prime Minister Wilfred Laurier and so many others I can't recall at the moment.
