SGU Season 2 Trailer (SPOILERS)

[The Wormhole]

Gateworld has the trailer for season 2 of SGU available here.

It's pretty average and by the numbers. Nothing to really get excited about.

Basically:
-Rush has gained control of Destiny, but is keeping it a secret from everyone else, proabably for leverage.
-Eli gets a new girlfriend.
-Earth is apparentally in danger.
-Chloe is undergoing a transformation into something.
-No one is killed as a result of the events in the finale. Not even Telford.

I loled when I heard the "When you've gone to the edge of existence... the only place left to go... is FURTHER" bit. How the fuck does that make any sense?

Anyway, looks like Greer gets to use his flame thrower some more, Rush gets to shoot someone (I doubt Col. Young, who deserves it), there's going to be a lame looking shuttle crash, Rush's wife comes back to fuck with him some more (which is a bit much since he got mind fucked twice and tortured), and possibly Scott getting balls and beating the shot out of Young.

Nothing in that trailer really struck me as that cool. But hopefully they can improve from season 1.

I watched to see if Robert Knepper appears...yep, there he is! Is he in for the whole season or just the first part?

Love the hilarious faux-profound dialogue.

That was my favorite line, too.

A lot of those actors look like they're sleepwalking thru their roles. The music is obnoxious, but I guess that's just overcompensation to try make up for the actors.

Should be fun seeing the episodes with Knepper in them. He almost managed to salvage that Heroes crap, so he's about as script-proof as actors come.

I guarantee you that trailer is miles better than the actual season will wind up being.

And I'll watch anyway because I've grown to like Rush, Greer, and Lt. Juggs.
