...and as Ethros' choice I'd go w/Flanders, but I think that bit is perhaps the funniest 10 minutes Conan O'Brien ever created.

I think he was much more than that. It's clear he was in some ways the evil counterpart to Ziggy. However, he was also clearly in control of the leapers (forcing them to do things, deciding where they went, punishing them when they disobeyed, etc.). Ziggy wasn't in control of Project Quantum Leap (God/Fate/Time was ultimately in control); she was just aiding Sam and Al.

But of course, since we never saw Lothos, I guess Zoey will do for this contest. :p
