Series Four Soundtrack Track List!!

I saw this just a few minutes ago and thought to post it for the music buffs in the fourm. This was from some blog that posted it last week...the tracks look awesome as usual!!!

It comes out on November 17...its already up for preorder at Amazon UK. Not sure about the other Amazons, at least we don't have too much longer to wait. That is three days after Quantum of Solace comes out!! The tracks all look so good this year, not that the previous ones weren't. The Voyage of the Damned Suite I was hoping would be including and I wonder if UNIT Rocks is an updated version of UNIT that was used in the first series? Probablay from the Sontran Stragtegem?

Well, IMO its going to be hard to top Season 3's soundtrack, so many epic scores in that one. Even the new Torchwood soundtrack does not even compare remotley to it, but then again Torchwood is mostly all Ben Foster's creations whereas Dr. Who is Murray Gold (in New York) creating the tracks and Ben Foster putting Murray's creations in motion in London.

Yeah he does, he was in London in the begining though (not really sure why he lives in NY now though), if you watch some of the behind the scenes video casts they make mention of this a few times and show how Ben praises the use of the internet to easily show Murray the episode video and him to write the music and have Ben orcestrate it in London. My speculation is that this arrangement hurt season 4 a bit, the scores for the episodes seemed slightly more 'phoned in' than the brillance that is Season 3. That said I will have to listen to the new Season 4 album to really judge since the reason may just be bad editing of his music.

I'm waiting. I haven't decided if I'm going to get it on CD or iTunes plus. On the one hand, I like having a complete set and liner notes. On the other hand, I like instant gratification.
