Serenity Reavers vs star Trek Klingons...

In ship to ship fights, a few things have been missed: cloaking devices, Shields, photon torpedoes. All three of these the Reavers do not have. The Klingons usually work in groups where one ship is not cloaked while the others are. If the Reavers like Cat and mouse games, they would soon find out who the mouse was.

As far as ship identification, Reaver ships look more like Klingon ships than Fed ships (dark colors). Fed ships are notoriously well maintained.

I Figure if a Klingon can fight a Jem-Hedar to a standstill, fighting Reapers should be no big thing.

Didn't the Ferengi steal two Klingon warships that they used in TNG, if the Ferengi can beat you, you can't be that tough...

All the Klingons have to do is take their ships and fire on the reaver vessels with Disrupters. Goodbye Reavers. The Verse doesnt have shields and their tech is way inferior to Trek tech. Hell Reavers cant even leave the solar system, since they dont have ftl.

In a one on one i'd put my money on the Klingons. Sure Klingons can go berserk (and they "occasionally" do) but they are also experienced and sane fighters knowing how to spot and exploit enemy flaws and mistakes.

Reavers are just mindless berserkers with no tactics or cunning.. they are brute force (granted.. much brute force) but force only loses fights against an enemy who outsmarts you.

So while Klingons and Reavers are to a degree similar Klingons can control themselves and lay out a plan and mislead the enemy while Reavers can't so Klingons win.

For some reason this reminded me of the season 5 Angel episode where Spike and Angel discussed (i.e. argued intensely) about who would win in a fight.. an astronaut or a Neanderthal

You've obviously failed to watch enough television and films. Be it Michael Myers, the Zombies or any other slow moving crazy/insane or dead person always catches up with someone who is running.

For what ever reason, fast moving [running] sane people always get caught by the crazy and/or dead people.

I'd rather forget that episode. I pointed out airduct cleaning as they would need to keep life support systems working somehow.
