I asked on the general Trek forum, and this seems to be the correct place to post an announcement for my item. If an admin deems this post unfit, please message me and let me know I have acted improperly instead of banning me outrght like last week. The Terms of Service and FAQ list no restrictions on this subject, so I thought it was allowed.
Anyway...
I have a photon torpedo/launch probe casing that Paramount sent out to promote the Voyager syndication launch back in September'99. It is 30"x17"x7", made of black molded plastic, and talks when opened. I listed it for $100 the first time, and had plenty of visitors and watchers, but no bids.
The probe/torpedo casing has been relisted at a lower price after aimlessly drifting around the eBeta (sorry for awful pun, I know) Quadrant for a week. Just search for "probe torpedo talking" on eBay. Sensors indicate that it was scanned by the Vidiians and the Kazon, but was largely ignored by the Borg. Bummer too, 'cause the Borg would have left it larger, lumpier, all green and glowy, and twice as fast with better shielding. I always admired the Voyager crew for leaving some of their Borg "upgrades" in place after assimilation - maybe because Seven was still around to fix 'em when they went screwy.
Again, apologies if this doesn't belong here, but there isn't a defined forum for memorabilia, and this forum was recommended by a Vice Admiral and a Fleet Captain as the place to post.
