Do we know what comes directly after LD S2? PIC or DSC?

Will it be PIC S2>DSC S4>PIC S3? What about SNW?

Inquiring minds NEED to know!

Any way you slice it, we might finally get some uninterrupted Trek.

My guess:
LDS2 -> PRO -> SNW -> DIS4 -> PIC2

Forgot about Prodigy, but that's on another channel, so I'd guess it'll get released whenever instead of in order with the others.

Or you could do what I do and watch something else until whatever appears whenever.

I have fairly limited taste as far as new stuff. The Star Wars shows are on my radar, plus any MCU stuff. Doctor Who eventually.

Just this last Friday I got all the recent Star Trek series' on blu-ray. I finished a TNG rewatch a couple weeks ago, so PIC is next up.

The said DSC was coming this year, so I don't think SNW will be.

They did, but then it was delayed and still filming (or just finished), and there's exactly ten weeks between the end of LD2 and December 30 (the last possible date for DIS4 to premiere), just enough for a season of Picard or Prodigy or whatever in-between.

My guess is still LD2 - PRO1 - DIS4 - PIC2 - SNW1, but they'll be a short break between Prodigy and Discovery. If Discovery is really hard up, they might move up Picard instead. This covers up until this time next year.

They mentiond PIC will air in 22, I think. Not even sure if they wrapped shooting season 1? Postproduction takes a lot of time, too.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Still, a one week break at anytime between now and December 30 would push Picard into 2022, if Prodigy fills that 10-week spot after LD.

I still think Discovery will start airing this year. S3 in 2020 was an anomaly. From memory, they were still filming S1 when the first episode went to air, same with S2. It’s likely they already have post done on the first few episodes of S4. The break in filming doesn’t necessarily mean a break in post production. Discovery is the flagship Trek show. I’m sure they’d rather have all hands on deck completing post on it than Picard and SNW.

Season 1, yes, though just barely. The finale was filmed the week the show premiered. Season 2, I can't find a specific date for when they finished filming, but I'm pretty sure it was before the premiere aired. Season 3 was always intended to premiere after filming was done. They finished filming the season in February 2020 and were hoping for a late spring/early summer premiere date before that thing happened.
