Searching for an old Avatar

Years ago, my wife had this avatar, which I was able to fetch from a very old Trillian cache.

She'd like to use it now in other forms like Facebook and etc. But it's obviously a small image, and it looks terribly pixelated when enlarged.

Have any of you seen it before? If so, would you happen to know where I could find or buy the original illustration in a high res or vector format?

Used your smaller one and enlarged it using photoshop.
