We just added the Scribe awards to Memory Alpha's page on trek awards http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Trek's_awards_and_honors#Scribe_Awards Would one of you authors have an image of your actual Trek-won trophy to add to MA? I couldn't find any on Google. If you have an account on MA, please post it yourself since you know who owns the image (you, likely).
Only people to win for Star Trek novels were @James Swallow and @Dayton Ward . @David Mack , @JJMiller , @Greg Cox and @KRAD won Scribes as well, but all for non Trek stuff, or in Keith's case the Grandmaster award. Links to Lists of all winners so far can be found here. ETA: Should have gone to the memory alpha site first, since all the info was there already. Nothing to see here.
By coincidence @Dayton Ward posted a photo of his scribe award with the winning book in his Looking back at 2016 blog post today: https://daytonward.wordpress.com/2016/12/31/looking-back-at-my-2016/ I guess you could ask him if you can use that photo.
Wow, I'm surprised with all of the Trek novels that have been written in the last 10 years, only two have managed to win.
I suspect that they cannibalize each other a bit, when it comes to voting. When there are multiple Trek books on the ballot, they may cancel each other out to a degree.
@Dayton Ward @James Swallow please post the images on your own MA author pages (you have the rights to the images and can cite them...)
