I've never seen him in person, but was laughing through most the live streaming from Comic-Con. The outtakes on Enterprise DVDs are hysterical too... Too bad there were too few opportunities for that humour to be in the episodes. More improvisation should've been allowed or attention paid to the actor's personalities, chemistries together and then written the characters to be like that. I'm pretty sure that's what accounted for the success of other Star Trek shows, the original in particular.
