I don't think it is. The doll has the wrong spacesuit on for the Memory wall sequence. I think this might be the one that was waving at the Enterprise as it was leaving dock. All the other miniatures had the orange spacesuit I think....

I still love the likeness of Shatner on the doll, it's just plain creepy.

The suit was made by Apogee, which got hired AFTER the memory wall sequence was abandoned and the original company was dismissed. It was definitely made for the new spockwalk --NOT the abandoned trench and memory wall -- and for scenes around ep9 and drydock, pretty sure this is covered in Cinefex 1 & 2.

And Shatner has one of those faces that is really difficult to create a decent likeness of. Most of the illustrations and 99% of all the action figures/busts get him totally wrong. This is a nice thing to see, something that is recognizable as shatner and not just because you're TOLD it's Shatner...
