Sarah Jane Adventures Series 2

Bob The Skutter

Complete Arse Cleft
In Memoriam
For those of us who've been waiting for an air date, according to Digital Spy series 2 of Sarah Jane Adventures begins Monday the 29th of September.

By the end of the first series I was getting pretty impressed with the show. I'll be sure to watch series 2 when Sci-Fi airs it.

Anybody heard anything about an airing in the US?
Well I believe Sci-Fi got the rights to both series, so I'd assume it'd be on Sci-Fi in the Spring.

Would be nice if the series got more exposure on Scifi though. It got it's run, and then almost seemed like it was kicked off when it ended. Having a daytime marathon devoted to showing season one would be very nice but then again this is scifi we're talking about.

SciFi isn't interested in showing science fiction, you understand. They're in the business of being where NBC shoves all of its not-ready-for-prime-time actors and scripts, sprinkling in Ghost Hunters and wrestling in between to try and hook some remnants of the lowest common denominator demographic...

That's true except in the case of Who and SJA, they get the shows dirt cheap compared to their other shows and they get good ratings, letting them fund produce/buy the rights to shitty Saturday Night Movies. ;)

And they seem to out of their way to get the cheapest, shittiest ones that they can find.

Quite. They have to succeed at something. Looks like that's it.

*sigh*
