Samsung M300/M220

Specifically, the default ringtones for the Samsung M300 or M220 (it's been a few years since I owned one and they're a lot alike). There is one particular ringtone I've been searching for, for quite some time, to no avail. So I'm hoping someone here owns one, or did own one, and can help.

Does anyone have the default ringtone list? Not the midi files, but the truetones. I can't remember the name of the ringtone. It might be called Concentric something? Maybe?

I would really appreciate it if anyone knows how I can find this ringtone.

No idea per se, but I have a USB cable & software for my Moto Razr2 V9.

I just put whatever .mp3 ringtone I want on there. I know I did the same for a Samsung I had a few years ago.

I use Goldwave to do the editing, for file length and proper formatting (not over 24000 Hz/128 kbps or something like that)

That way, I can get something that's exactly what I want instead of searching for a "ringtone".

^ I know what you mean. In this case, though, the ringtone in question was a default ringtone that came with the phone itself.

I have the main ringtone of Star trek on it but I got it from a friend. He doesn't remember where he got it and that's why I cannot give anyone the ringtone..it's a rare one thought, I didn't hear that much people have it

That's okay. You don't have to do anything like that. I'm just trying to find this factory shipped ringtone, and it's either for the Samsung SPH-M300 or M220. I think the title is 'Concentric' or 'Circles' or something 'Echo' or maybe something 'Rings'. No one seems to have a list of them, even though the phone's only a handful of years old.

:cardie:

So I emailed Samsung Customer Support to see if they could get me a list of the ringtones for the M220 and M300. I get a response back saying that they didn't have a list, and that I should check the internet. Gee, Samsung, I never thought to check around on the internet.

I actually Googled "default samsung ringtones" for you. All there seems to be are downloadable files that claim to be just that.

No idea if they contain what you want, but worth a try.

I had forgotten that .mmf nonsense for Samsungs. The only thing I like about my Moto is the ability to use .mp3.
