Royalty Payments?

In the episode "The Visitor", which I still think was better than Inner Light but oh well, Nog tells Older Jake he should make holosuit programs so he can rake in the latnum. This, to me, would suggest there is some kind of royalty payment plan in the future. That's all cool. But if you use the likeness of, oh, Kira the love sex slave, does she get any resisduals since it is her likeness...oh, I bet they had SAG strikes battles galore!!!!

But what about Kira? Would she get residuals? I mean, that is her likeness...perhaps they can study the past and find the lawsuit between Nimoy and Paramount over the use of...oh yeah..that is breaking the fourth wall..
