What does that mean? It went over my head. I liked William Shatner's biography of Zephram Cochrane, though.

I can only assume someone is being show around some structure, perhaps a house that's for sale, and asks if the door in the ground goes to a basement, or cellar, or what. I'm sure he was surprised by what it really was.
