So are both worlds gone now?

I think I recall Nero saying that Romulus was destroyed, and that is the reason why he went to destroy Vulcan. Obviously there must have been some conflict between this film and Nemesis, which could of happened since there is like a 7 year timespan since the film came out.

Romulus was destoryed in the future (Nero's original timeline).

Nero destroyed Vulcan in the past.

However, in the past (the timeline of this new movie), Romulus is still around. It won't be destoryed for another 100+ years.
