RoJoHen's Abdominal Halloween Challenge!

I've been eating especially clean for over a week, my waist has shrunk down quickly. Its been awhile since I was this strict, and it feels great!

It's way too hard for me to eat as strict as I'd like. I spend 8+ hours a day working at TGI Fridays, and I usually only have time to [maybe] eat one meal during that time. I try to eat healthy when I'm there, but it can be really hard.

I really need to start prepping a lot of food ahead of time, because I never feel like cooking when I get home from work at midnight (or 1am on the weekends).

Combine that with the fact that I was working on my abs, I just wasn't eating enough, so I had almost no energy for my workouts. Instead I'm just going to eat like a machine and work extra hard on my compound movements (especially squats for my legs, which have always been lacking). Add to that the cardio at the end of every workout, which I wasn't doing before, and I think I might be able to pull this off anyway.
