Got the blu-ray. Special features aren't bad, though it's interesting that there apparently wasn't room for them, plus the movie, on a single disc. I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of audio commentary by the director or anyone else.
I still think the Leia shot at the end turned out really well, and while Tarkin wasn't quite as clean, it's better than most people say. I'd be interested to see them revisit it in five or ten years, after the technology's advanced a bit more and perhaps touch it up again. (And no, I don't have any ethical problems with either).
