Roddenberry Store Closed for Good?

Has anyone else noticed that, some time after the start of the year, the official Roddenberry store is "no longer active?" There's been no official announcement on any of their social media pages from what I could find. They also seem to have stopped doing their DS9-25 posts of DS9 concept art after New Year's Eve.

Are they in some sort of legal hot water with CBS or Paramount, similar to what shuttered the store temporarily in 2003?

Yes, it's officially closed. It wasn't a legal dispute though, I think CBS bought them out.

Rod Roddenberry's involved with the CBS Trek shows, they're on good terms.

The unsold stock from the Roddenberry store was assumed by Entertainment Earth. Some remnants are still for sale there.
