Robert Beltran in "Solitude" again

So would I..but it's also too far away from where I live as well. It's great to know he's been doing wonderful with lots of plays though! :D I'm sure he's really enjoying himself at the moment.

Does anyone know if Robert cancelled his appearance at the Las Vegas convention. There's no mention of him, or apology for not attending?

Oh..I hope things are ok with his family! *GASPS*!! That's a bit shocking. Poor guy. Will keep his family in my prayers.

I wonder what the 'family emergency' was. His brother was still playing in LA on Saturday looking relaxed and cheerful.

Robert is notorious for cancelling events.

I almost went to see "Boleros for the Disanchanted" when it was at SF ACT but end the ended up passing. My wife liked it.

I did see a Voyager actor in a play a couple months back. Jeff McCarthy, the doctor who dies in the pilot and Roga Danar in TNG's The Hunted was in "Yes Nero" in Berkeley. He was the lead in the play. Fun stuff.

Not Voyager related but what the heck, last night we saw "August: Osage County". It was fantastic. Jon De Vries, Wilson Granger in Up the Long Ladder had a smallish role and Shannon Cochran, Sirella in DS9's You are Cordially Invited and Tal'aura from ST X:Nemesis, was one of the leads. Both were great in their roles. Shannon was especially good.

no Louie did not cancel - my friend was there at the Kyoto Hotel in LA.

A fan posted that it was the gig on August 20th in Burbank that was cancelled not the one at the Kyoto Hotel. Maybe it was too late to cancel the Kyoto Hotel show. Shows you what a good showman Louie is that he performs even when things are tough.

Chuckling :techman:
