Roaches Rubbish In Sydeny Restaurants

Have you ever been in a restautrant and seen this type of thing.
I know there was a place l worked at but l left when l seen the chef drop food on the ground and then pick it up and put it in the pan.
I have seent knifes and forks barely washed.

What things have you faced when you have gone out to dinner or lunch.

You'd be surprised how often this happens. '10 second rule' and all that. It's very hard to make money in restaraunts and a lot of chefs feel pressured to cut costs like that.

Hell, I do that all the time at home, so why should I worry if a cook does it in a restaurant kitchen?

Because it is extraordinarily unhygenic and quite disgusting. It (probably) won't kill you but eating off the floor is best left to animals, just as defaecating in bushes and licking one's testicles are left to animals.
