Ripping a DVD+R?

In 2007 I authored a DVD which I output to DVD+R. I have since lost one of the full-resolution videos that's on the DVD, and I'd like to rip it off of the DVD. I use software like Premiere and After Effects for video-editing and output, but I'm a newb when it comes to ripping. What ripping software would you recommend, and why? FYI, my DVD doesn't have copy protection, so that's a non-issue. I use a Windows machine.

Thanks in advance!

If its not a commercial disk with copy protection on it, you can just move the .vob files to your computer and rename them .mpeg (.vob files are just mpeg2 files...) I have done this many times.

After that, just load them into your editor of choice.
