I painted an acrylic portrait of Riker a couple of weeks ago.

[was looking at the details and proportion, preparing to comment, when she suddenly spotted the tuft of hair that had once again fallen into his face and started chuckling]

This is a nice study. The proportion seems a bit off as to the width and length of the face, but it seems to be mostly correct.

I hope you don't take that as being critical. There's really not much good or bad to say about a study. Besides, I've got a work in progress in pencil of an original character that's got the facial features out of alignment with the perspective of the face, so I couldn't criticise anything.

I love it! :)

This is the profile shot of William T. Riker from "Justice" which happens to be my favorite photograph of Jonathan Frakes.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply, but I was banned for 7 days from Trekbbs on the same day you made this post.

I especially loved the portrait you painted of Captain Benjamin Sisko posted in the DS9 forum.
