[The Lonely Man]

Good review, I enjoyed the episode, it was obvious from fairly early on that the effects of this episode were going to be undone before it's conclusion so I basically just watched it and enjoyed it for what it was.
I'll admit though that this was one of the few times in the series entire run that I found myself disliking Janeway.
She was so out of character it was difficult to comprehend her actions and decisions.
