worst Star Trek DS9 episode by far IMO

A bad episode, but I've always cut the writers a little slack with it being the next episode after "Trials and Tribble-ations".

I actually like the story about the boy Worf accidentally killed; it's a nice explanation for the discipline he showed throughout DS9 and TNG.
