Reprints of Popular Books?

I know this might get chucked to FAQ but Books these days seem to heading out of print faster then usual I feel.

I have been looking for ST:DS9 A Stitch in Time but unfortunately it is out of print. This been hailed as one of the best Star Trek Stories it seems a shame that it is out of print.

What other books would you love to see reprinted so you could get a shot at reading it?

I loved the "Signature Edition" omnibus reprints, especially for their bonus features, such as new forewords and author interviews. I have first editions of all the MMPBs and hardcovers, so I don't hang out for omnibuses just to read the novels, unless there is new material.

I'd love to see:

* "The Motion Picture" paired with "Ex Machina"

* "The 34th Rule" paired with "A Stitch in Time"

* "Uhura's Song" paired with "The Tears of the Singers".

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that A Stitch in Time is out of print because my copy is pretty well beaten up and I would like to get a fresh copy. That said, I rather have a direct reprint instead of it being paired off with another book in a Signature Edition.

I don't know how popular they are, but I'd love to see the complete Janus Gate, Errand of Vengeance, and Errand of Fury trilogies on bookshelves. By the time I got back into Trek books, the first two trilogies were mostly gone, and the first two books of the EoF trilogy are harder and harder to find.

It could make a neat combo with Cardassia: The Lotus Flower and The Calling...

Maybe if the DS9 reprints get along to Worlds of DS9 they could do some more jumbled collections like that. Trill: Unjoined and Lives of Dax might be a good combo too...

I have a Janus Gate hardcover sitting on my shelf waiting to be read. I believe it was issued by the Science Fiction Book Club, I got it second hand. They did a omnibus of Vulcan's Soul not so long ago I'd love to get my hands on.

I might go for that (with possibly an introduction by Andrew J. Robinson). Throw in "The Dream Box" (yeah, I know that's not going to happen) and I'll definitely pick it up.

Wow, I'm suprised EoV and EoF are that hard to find since the last EoF book isn't even out yet.

It would be great for some of these more popular older novels to be reprinted either by themselves or as Omnibus collections. It's pretty much impossible to find anything before 2003 in new condition.
