Repairs on an ancient video game

Does anyone know of a resource for fixing vintage consoles? I've recently inherited the Magnavox Odyssey2 that I played when I was growing up. When I connected it, I discovered that it won't power up. The power supply works; the problem is inside.

I'm a so-so technician and can try to explore a few avenues with it, but I'd prefer someone that knows these things. I'm in the Pacific Northwest but am willing to try elsewhere. There's one place up here, Another Castle Video Games, that took a crack at it and had no luck. I'm not sure how closely they checked.

Does anyone know of a reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, interested technician who can handle vintage games?

You could ask at Pink Gorilla Games, to see if they know of any resources. They specialize in retro gaming, and they have a few locations in Washington.

Check all the capacitors to see if any of them are bulging or have leaked. Most power supply issues can be traced to faulty capacitors and if they are easy enough to replace get replacements of the same voltage or higher and same capacitance rating.

Did you check the Flux Capacitor?
