ReelzChannel orders Steven Seagal undercover cop drama

“Seagal’s movies are top performers on our network which makes True Justice the perfect series to satisfy our viewers’ appetite for action fare," Reelz senior vp programming Matthew Singerman said in a statement announcing the news Wednesday.

Seagal stars as Elijah Kane, the leader of an undercover team of cops who take on local criminals in an effort to clean up the streets. Seagal, Nicolas Chartier and Phillip Goldfine executive produce the series, with Keoni Waxman on board as co-exec producer/director. Sarah Lind, Warren Christie and Meghan Ory co-star.

Uh...sounds like a complete train wreck but I'll give it a shot just to see kind of like how you rubberneck an accident on the freeway. At least the two actresses are hot.

What the hell? This series was made a year ago. Warren Christie has moved onto Alphas.

No one picked up the show so they put two episodes together on DVD and tried to sell them as movies.
