Right now, I'm on the lookout for a new book to read after I finish my current one. I'm wondering if there are any good novels out there featuring an undercover female assassin, preferably with some kind of medieval or high fantasy setting.

The Elemental Assasin series is contemporary, not medieval.
If you don't mind YA stuff, I know of a couple YA medieval fantasy series about female assassins. I haven't read them, so I don't know if they are any good but I have come across the Throne of Glass and His Fair Assassin series while looking around on Goodreads.

You could try some Futaro Yamada books. They're full of kunoichi.
