Reaper returns!

Anybody else stoked for the season premiere of Reaper on March 3rd! I'm guessing that since it wasn't listed for renewal along with Smallville and Supernatural that the CW is planning on dumping this show. Hopefully it will get good enough ratings this year to make them reconsider but that's doubtful, so I'll just enjoy the half season that we get and keep my fingers crossed!

Well the odds of a renewal are not good (just off of last years performance), but if the show does do well (and improve considerable over its 18-34 results (last 2/3rd of its 1st season results) then it certainly could be renewed).

Remember a year ago One Tree Hill (a show I loath) was in the same boat. Poor performance the year before, a 13 episode pick up and run in the spring, yet it did very well (by the CW standards), enough so to easily get renewed for a full 22 (and maybe plus one or two) this year. So it is possible.

Best way to help it out is a word of mouth promotion.
Hype it as "The Buffy" for guys. It might help.
