Hands down 5. This is the best Trek film. It strikes the right balance of everything that should be in a Trek film.

I give it 4 stars. It wasn't as good quality as TMP. It could have been better if they had iron out the plot holes and convinced Paramount to spent little more money on production.

This movie really was the beginning of the end for trek. I enjoy it if I regard it as an "elseworlds" tale. I guess that trek for me ended with TMP

I'll give it a 3. Good energy, good pacing, some nice character moments and visuals. But it's dumb as a brick in storytelling.
