1. DS9 - By far my favourite trek. It is the one that really got me into the franchise and the only one I've taken the effort to watch all the way through.
2. TOS - Their movie introduced me to trek so I have a fondness for the characters. Serieswise it gets second place based mostly on the campiness of the series that makes it enjoyable to watch. It is also the only other series that I have put money into collection the episodes.
3. TNG - Very close to being second but lost due to the camp value I mentioned above.
4. VOY - Not too bad. There are some characters I enjoyed. Out of them it is the second on the list of the amount of content I've seen (DS9 is first as I've watched it all the way through more then once).
5. ENT - Tuned out after three episodes. Basically didn't like any of the characters. Only saw 3 season 1 eps and most of season 4. 4 was okay with more interesting stories but the characters didn't really grow on me enough to get it off the bottom.

TNG is my favourite. It was the first series that hooked me for good, so it will always be first in my heart. Plus, Picard for me is the paragon of captainhoodness.
DS9: it did anything right. If not for sentimental reasons, it would probably be my favourite.
TOS: I love it to bits, but I must admit that often it doesn't live up to its own legend. Kirk, Spock and McCoy, however, are the best characters ever.
ENT: good premise and great production values, but it played it too safe to be interesting. Characters had potential but it never came to fruition.
VOY: I really wanted to like it, but it was bland, bland, bland. Even ENT was more entertaining. It could have been at least an interesting departure from the other series, but they dropped the ball before the second episode. For shame.
