Like the TV series breaking each episode into say 8 chapters

For the feature films such as Memory Alpha lists

ST:TMP The Director's Cut has 32 chapters while STIII:TSFS only has 11. A huge difference for these 2 feature films.
Even though Trek is a USA created product I'd like to think that the R2 and other region DVDs have different chapter titles from translations.
For the 11 Trek films "Chapter Log" chapter titles have they been called something else in different languages? I think it might be fun to hear.
Does anyone have any links to different chapter log/scene index names?
