R.I.P. Mr. Drummond

Good lord!

Conrad crawled out of retirement on his deathbed (practically) to do an episode of Unforgettable?

Now that's a real tragedy.

118 episodes of Maude?

I keep hearing good things about Maude.

But the last thing in the universe I want to deal with is Young Hot Bea Arthur.

Mr. Drummond and Dr. Arthur Harmon. He was really funny on Maude, always getting in little digs at "Maudie" even though he obviously liked her a lot. RIP.

He's survived by his twin brother Bonar Bain, who had a hilarious appearance on SCTV as Conrad's fictional twin, "Hank Bain"; IIRC Hank was under alien mind-control to take over the station.

I don't think Bea Arthur was ever young. Just like Margaret Hamilton and Mary Wickes.

The US Marine Corps (in 1943) says differently.

(Is it any wonder Marvel Comics' Deadpool loves her so much?)

Back on topic: As someone on another message board put it, who could have ever imagined that Todd Bridges would outlive the entire cast of Diff'rent Strokes?

Todd vs Charlotte?

I'll take those odds.

She was so thin (compared to 1979) in the Facts of Life Reunion Movie 8 years ago, which means that she's looking after herself or there's something really wrong.
