Quinto gets his ears on!

There's an article over on Trekmovie.com where Zach Quinto talks about getting his ears... and also endorses Chris Pine for the Kirk role. There's also an annoucement that Nimoy and Quinto will headline Grand Slam next year.

Things are getting "real."

I'm guessing confirmed plot points will be out by then. How can they not?

I would think so too. We may also know the rest of the cast and who this Nero feller is.

We still don't know much about that one, do we? I think Star Trek is going to be as vague as possible for as long as possible. I hope so. I don't want to know the whole plot months in advance.

I'm kind of conflicted. Part of me wants to be spoiled silly on this movie and another part of me wants to be surprised on opening day. I just don't know how I'm going to last until next year. The suspense is terrible... I hope it lasts.

I think that it will, even if some of the plot points do leak out. For me, the suspense is seeing how this totally new Trek works: how the friendship between Kirk and Spock plays out, or how well McCoy's barbs about Spock's logic play with new actors and a new team of writers.
